Do I have a maximum volume of data that can be loaded into the SmartBi?

SmartBi is able to pull an unlimited number of data lines into its platform. However, if you're pulling more than 250,000 data lines per month, a basic unlimited package won't suit your needs. 


How do I know how many lines I'm pulling?


You don't have to keep track of the number of lines yourself. If you exceed the maximum number of lines allowed by our tool, a SmartBi representative will contact you to set up a customized plan tailored to your volume.
